What does the monthly plan price cover — and what doesn't it?
The plan price unlocks scope and service level: which building blocks (e.g. B2B, best-before management, carrier choice DHL or DPD) you can use, and what your point-of-contact model looks like. The actual fulfillment costs — pick & pack, shipping, returns — are billed per transaction and depend on your volume.
Which plan fits my shop?
Start is enough for pure D2C shipping through one channel. Once B2B orders or FBA prep come into play, Growth pays off. Premium is for brands with best-before, batch or serial-number requirements, that want to choose between DHL and DPD, or need a dedicated point of contact. Not sure? Tell us your setup — we'll honestly recommend the right plan, even if it's the cheapest one.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime at the start of the next month — up or down. There's no minimum term and no switching fee.
Is there a setup fee or hidden costs?
No. The three plans are the only fixed monthly item. Setup, onboarding and a flat warehouse fee don't apply — only the usage-based fulfillment costs (pick & pack, shipping, returns, storage) are added based on volume.
Is VideoShip included in a plan?
No. VideoShip is an add-on service you can book with any plan. The packing of your orders is then recorded on video at the pack table, and your customers receive a link to the video. We quote the price in your offer.
