Whether single-SKU pallets from production or mixed cartons from the manufacturer — we receive your delivery, unload, count and book it. The quantity check runs against your advance notice; discrepancies are documented and reported before they become a problem. On request, we inspect samples against your quality criteria and relabel goods that arrive incorrectly labeled or not labeled at all. Storage that grows with your range.

You do not pay for a hall, but for the space your goods actually occupy: storage location, pallet or cubic metre as transparent price building blocks — with no flat warehouse fee. Put-away follows FIFO; for products with a best-before date, we capture the date at inbound and warn you 90, 60 and 30 days before expiry. Food is stored climate-separated from the rest of the range. Unloading & checks

Unloading, count check against the advance notice, sample QC. Discrepancies are documented and reported to you immediately.

Put-away & booking

Every line item is assigned a fixed storage location and booked in LogShip — including best-before date and batch where relevant.

Live in your shop

The new stock syncs to Shopify, Shopware, JTL and the like in under 5 seconds — your items can be ordered again straight away.

An honest look

When outsourced warehousing is not (yet) the right fit

Deep-frozen goods: Our climate-controlled storage is designed for chilled, temperature-sensitive goods — not for continuously deep-frozen goods below -18 °C.
Huge, very bulky single items: Location and pallet storage is geared to standard pallet dimensions. Furniture or machine parts larger than pallet size belong in a bulky-goods warehouse.
Very small, irregular stock intakes: Below around 10 parcels per day, outsourced warehousing usually does not yet pay off compared with a small in-house store.
Pure raw material or production storage: Our warehouse is designed for pickable finished goods, not for raw material storage for upstream manufacturing processes.

What is warehousing?

Warehousing covers every process around your goods in the warehouse: inbound, put-away, inventory management, picking and stocktakes. At LogYou you book these processes as a service instead of maintaining your own space and staff — this is how we currently manage more than 35,000 SKUs from our warehouse in central Germany.

Who is outsourced warehousing suitable for?

For online sellers whose warehouse in the basement, the garage or their own premises is reaching its limits. Outsourcing to LogYou makes commercial sense from around 10 parcels per day — with no upper limit. We also store pure B2B stock or overstock without you having to outsource your entire fulfillment.

What does warehousing cost at LogYou?

You pay transparent building blocks: inbound per pallet or carton, storage per storage location, pallet or cubic metre per month. There is no setup fee, no flat warehouse fee and no minimum term. Send LogYou your item list and quantities — you will receive a concrete calculation within 24 hours.

How quickly are delivered goods available for sale again?

Does LogYou also store food?

Yes. At LogYou, food is stored climate-separated from the rest of the range. The best-before date is recorded at inbound, put-away follows FIFO, and LogShip automatically warns you 90, 60 and 30 days before the best-before date expires — so you can sell off critical stock in good time before goods become unsellable.

Does LogYou also handle shipping and returns?

Yes. Warehousing can be booked on its own at LogYou, but it delivers the greatest effect in a package with pick & pack, shipping and returns management: same-day shipping for orders placed by 2 PM, delivery within Germany in 1–2 working days, and returns that are available again in under 48 hours.
