Warehousing

You notify us of your goods delivery in our dashboard. The freight forwarder delivers the goods during our opening hours. We accept the goods delivery and unload the trucks during regular downtime.

If necessary, we unpack the load and book the goods into our WMS. The goods are stored in the warehouse at the assigned location. You can see the status and quantity on the dashboard.

Available storage options:

If you transport your goods to us yourself, you only need a driver. Our employees will take care of loading and unloading your truck or van. Your driver can wait in our cafeteria while you do so. This saves staff and time.

If you need the goods again to restock your main warehouse, you can pick them up in-time or we can ship them to the desired address.

We prepare goods delivered by the manufacturer for shipment. Our services include:

We also offer sustainable packaging. The cardboard box, the filling material, a paper tape for sealing and the delivery note bag can all be made of environmentally friendly material.

We pack the goods professionally in our or your cardboard box, create the shipping label and hand the shipment over to a shipping service provider or freight forwarder. Shipments are picked up from us every day and you can view the shipping status and tracking number in the dashboard. Fragile goods are packed in secure boxes.

We take inventory of the goods stored with us, which saves you time and effort. You receive precise information about the stock at all times. We also automatically update the inventory management of the items in your online shop.

We take care of the repair of your products. We prepare your returns for resale (refurbishment) according to a process specified by you and take a photo. If the goods are in poor condition, we can dispose of them properly or send them back to you.

We manage the
Best before date of your goods and apply the FIFO principle to control perishability.

We scan production batches as they arrive and assign them to a specific batch. We can also assign an MPN (Manufacturer Part Number) to each item to give you control over products delivered and sold.

We manage the unique serial numbers (MSN) of your products and offer two methods for
