You notify us of your goods delivery in our dashboard. The shipping company delivers the goods during our opening hours. We accept the goods delivery and unload trucks during regular downtime.

We unpack the load and enter the goods into our inventory management system (Wawi). The goods are stored in the warehouse at the assigned goods location. In the dashboard you can see the status and the number of items delivered.

Orders are automatically retrieved from the online shop or ERP system and sent to our warehouse staff. The items are taken from the shelves and brought to the packing table, where they are professionally packaged.

We professionally pack the goods using our or your cardboard boxes, create the shipping label, and hand the shipment over to a shipping service provider or freight forwarder. Shipments are picked up from us daily, and you can view the shipping status and tracking number in your dashboard. Fragile items are packed in secure boxes.

We take inventory of the goods stored with us, saving you time and effort. You receive accurate information about your inventory at all times. We also automatically update the inventory management of the items in your online store.

We offer comprehensive returns management, including returns from dropshipping businesses. We process returns according to your instructions, conduct visual inspections, product testing, or complete refurbishment, and take care of returns or proper disposal.

We prepare your returns for resale (refurbishment) according to a process specified by you and take a photo. If the goods are in poor condition, we can dispose of them properly or send them back to you.

We manage the best-before date of your goods and apply the FIFO principle to control perishability.

We scan production batches as they arrive and assign them to a specific batch. We can also assign an MPN (Manufacturer Part Number) to each item to give you control over products delivered and sold.

We manage the unique serial numbers (MSN) of your products and offer two procedures for assigning them:

1. Assignment of the serial number during packing, which is sent to your shop or can be provided as a CSV download.

2. Pre-assignment of serial numbers by you, which are scanned during packing and added to the order
